January 2025 care packages

We are so thankful we got to celebrate Jett’s birthday on 1/4 by sending out our very first 5 care packages to Nebraska Medicine’s NICU. 

As stated, these packages were realistically smaller in their contents - but will hopefully still bring comfort to parents when the time does come for them to be opened. We were able to provide a local coffee shop gift card, a relaxing lavender candle & a memorial ceramic ornament that we adored along with a handwritten note from us.

Our goal is to help these parents feel less alone and cared for. We do not want to provide items that bring clutter but instead purpose which is why we chose these 3 items as our first assortment. We are eager to add in a cozy blanket, food voucher and memorial item with packages down the line, but we are so thankful we were able to start somewhere this month. 

Thank you all for supporting us. We have a lot to figure out & organize as time goes on but I think we got a really good start.
